Now, when I feel it coming, whether during the day, or during the night, I get up and go running. I don't hesitate for a second. I try to not think about anything except the act of running and breathing. I try to ignore any outside stimulus whatsoever. I don't yell (makes it worse for me) , I don't bash (things break), I don't cry out (useless), and I don't think (too distracting). I just run. -Curtis |

Later, if I could wake up enough to use the circulatory technique, I knew I had a chance to shorten the thing. Still, it's damn hard to use when groggy. I always tried though. Sometimes it worked.
