This is a dumb question but what does New Board Junior vs New Board Veteran vs Newbie etc etc mean?

How do these ranking / ratings work since I have insomnai tonight I thought I would ask.

The more posts you do then the higher in rank you become and thats how you earn your stars. ;)
When you hit 200 posts you must go before the board and give all senior members 100.00 and then you are in! ;D Now go to bed!
