I (thankfully) have been pain free for 17 months..YAY. But. the last few days I have had the shadows knockin at the door :( Got that nervous..jittery feelin in the pit of my stomach. I found relief with Verapamil last cycle...and slowly tapered off it. My question is...do I start the Verap. right away ( i have some left) or do I wait to see if this is indeed the start of the dance yet again? Any help is greatly appreciated

When my neuro started me on the verap I was instructed to never stop taking it. Others on the board may tell you diffrent and that I assume is from personal experience. I can't speak for anyone else on the board and what they have been instructed to do.

Also contact your Doc ASAP about this. He/She is your best help on the meds issue.

If I were you I would start taking it again faithfully and keep the beast at bay. I would rather be safe then sorry.

Took the verap & have a call into the doc...hate thinking it's starting again.. but so grateful for the PF time I did get...
