Seems as though some folks are havong a difficult time differentiating between OUCH and the CH.com site here. Here is a little help.........

And just so folks know, OUCH is it's own entity, and not an entity of this board. This board is hosted by a wonderful man who had the gumption to reach out to find others out there with CH. He has created a place for people to discuss medications, support, CH, and *general* life issues.

OUCH is a charter non profit organization all legal etc.
CH.com is a message board created by DJ

And that's my 2 cents worth

hehe thanks guys. I did get some sleep, although I could have used the spinny thing sat. night. Managed to sneak in 7 hours last night, so it's not too bad, 7 hours since 5:30 friday morning. I've gone longer :)

You did make me laugh though :)
