Title: Throbbing heaches Post by Dinaguz on Apr 10th, 2003, 9:24am Hi, I tend to suddenly feel a terrific throbbing around my eye socket and then from then on it just keeps on throbbing so bad that it basically disables any plans or activities that I'm involved with. For example, I felt pretty good one Sunday morning, I went to the park to play tennis for a while. About a half hour later, after the game, the throbbing started around my right eye socket. and it spread right across my forehead. I work out and I'm a pretty active person so I can't blame the tennis game on that. The pain was so unbearable that nothing I took helped alleviate the pain. Does anyone have these similar symptoms? |

Title: Re: Throbbing heaches Post by Frank on Apr 10th, 2003, 10:10am Cluster pain typically isn't a "throbbing" or "pulsating" type pain. It is more typically a constant unrelenting steadily gets worse until it drops you to your knees type pain. |

Title: Re: Throbbing heaches Post by Frank on Apr 10th, 2003, 11:05am I wasn't trying to be funny. But for most, it isn't a throbbing pain. We are all different though, so it could still be clusters. Heres a link to our Cluster Quiz http://www.clusterheadaches.com/quiz.html. It is helpful in deciding whether you do or don't or might have cluster headaches. |
