Thank you for the invitation to present at the meeting of OUCH. Unfortunately, I will be in Orlando speaking at a headache course during that week. (I'd rather be in Alexandria Bay).
Like most headache docs, I'm am very interested in cluster and I have accumulated over 1000 cluster patients in my 38 years of headache practice.
