funny Cat......I kinda don't like suma this media coverage here the last day on TV....is it jus me.....seems ta be a fiasco by the media drillin people and gettin in there face as they rip shit up 'over there'.....and me thinks it is still sum VERY serious business tho and danger still lurks. Off subject sorta, but I was listening to NPR on the way into work yesterday and they were speaking with a reporter who had been in one of the palaces. Said that it was "nice" on the surface only. What looked like opulent chandeliers were really just plastic beads painted to look expensive. Very think layer of marble on the cabinets, etc. so it LOOKED like real marble, but underneath it was just like the normal stuff on vanities and cabinets. He said it was like a film set. All show and no blow. I guess besides being a horrific dictator and assclown, Saddam was a nouveau-riche jackass with no taste. What are the odds?????
