Bend over to touch your toes.

Drive at night without having the sun visor down, and all the mirrors turned away.

O.K., o.k., ok….Busted again, I purposefully worded it: “Bend over (“There’s a phone call for Dr. Dover… Dr. Ben Dover”) TO touch your toes” not “AND touch your toes”. Good grief, all that yoga, ballet, Feldenkrais and Alexander Technique that I studied years ago, was made for older people. Well, what do you know?

David J.

P.S.  JDH,….not necessarily in that order

get some REM sleep, lose some of the dark circles under the eyes, see a whole movie and even play all eighteen holes.  I am new to the sight, my name is Glenn,  sadly I am not new to clusters, was chronic for 27 years, the last 2 years have been a little better, not as many visits and not the head banging hair pulling pain every time.

Okay Im impressed proximal phalanges.....but you forgot to include the proximal hallux as this is also a toe...lol
