Title: Hey guys... Post by Jim R on Feb 11th, 2003, 6:49pm pretty soon I'm on my 7 night western Caribbean cruise and I am VERY happy to report, I've had not MF CH's for over a month!!!!! This has been just an unbelievable cycle with this scurge. July through Jan. (and I am not taking anything away from those of you chronics...the way these are going, I may be joining you!). I'm wishing you all the best and even though I'm not on-line as much anymore (things are still not going well with my son....), I think of you all often and hopefully can get back to the MB soon. Going to Haiti, Jamaica, Caymans and Cozumel (but we're going over to the Yucatan mainland for the day). We had a BLAST on it two years ago on the same cruise - echo - you wouldn't be sorry, although I bet Mexico would be extremely hot at that time - it was 98 when were were there in May on the last cruise. First- Jim R eats all the ice cream THEN- Echo & Mrs. (psycho) Echo, duke it out onboard during a summer excursion(bring sunscreen & boxing gloves) NOW- it;s being suggested that a CH outing be planned on it- like, when? Fall? do you REALLY think there will anything left of that ship by the time I board it with my husband in Nov? It is a beautiful ship. We have done ostensibly the same cruise, on Celebrity's Galaxy, but this one has a lot more activites. We WILL be effecting the demise of this lovely ship, however, since it will be 40 GEARHEADS and their spouses going in Nov........ECHO- hurry- see it while it's still afloat! |

Post by fubar on Feb 13th, 2003, 6:55pm The big ships rule... my wife and I went on a 12 day cruise from Istanbul to Venice on the Grand Princess and it was incredible. 5000 guests, non-stop food and entertainment. Cruises are great, unpack once, wake up in any number of cities during your vacation. Too cool. |
