Hey all, sorry haven't been around alot lately, but have been keeping occasional tabs on you. Wanted to let you know that I finally got my $5.00 from GlaxoSmithKline. Will be forwarding to OUCH.
Interestingly enough, I also got 2 other peoples checks... sending on...must have gotten stuck together. I looked, but doesn't seem to be anyone from this site.

Anybody else get theirs yet? I didn't think I would get anything since it has been so long.

Hope everyone is copacetic (I know, I know, but I never get to use that word daggone it!)

No. Don't give it to OUCH. Put it in your own account and then go here: http://www.clusterheadaches.com/history.html

Click on the $5 donation and give it to DJ to help pay for the web space for both OUCH and CH.com

Oh Hon, that would be great, but I am almost 300 miles from Phoenix! I'm 5 minutes from California and 45 from Nevada!

I got my $5.00 but Ted and Joshua didn't get their's. Maybe there was some rule about only one per household or something. But with Josh and I both suffering I filled it out for both of us. Hmmm.

Seems like they did a mass mailing-I am sending mine also with extra to offset the operation costs.
