Title: And the Beast slept too Post by Silver_Dolphins on Dec 21st, 2002, 9:21am As i relayed to you all in a previous post, I went to my first nero visit last Thursday (Dec 19). The doc put me on frova and depakote. Thursday night I was hit twice in succession and basically got no sleep. I went to the office Friday, told my boss I had a MRI and that since I got no sleep, I was gong home immediately following the MRI. I think she is beginning to believe as she had no problem with this. I had shadows all day yesterday and when the tiime came, I took my meds. I went to bed and after about two hours of anxiety, I finally drifted off to slumberville. I woke up 8 and a half hours later fully rested. I don't know if the Beast was just taking the day off after a long 16 weeks or if the meds had something to do with this, but right now, this moment, I am PF. I hope this continues. Title: Re: And the Beast slept too Post by Ueli on Jan 3rd, 2003, 10:30am Michael, Breathing pure O3 (ozone) certainly will give a break from CH, for ever. ;D I stick to O2 (oxygen gas) for relieve, although the beast may return again in half an hour. :D PFNADs Ueli |

Title: Re: And the Beast slept too Post by catlind on Jan 3rd, 2003, 2:23pm Ueli, I think you've been talking to my hubby! Just this morning he suggested that if O2 is so good, then wouldn't ozone be better, O3. I wouldn't even know how to get O3 let alone if it would be good or not! He also mentioned Oxygen tabs, do you know anything about them or if they have any effectiveness? Cat |

Title: Re: And the Beast slept too Post by Mr.Happy on Jan 3rd, 2003, 2:57pm Wow, Cat. You really have Brass ...er....Ovaries, asking the Snake Master about O2 pills. Wow. I salute you. There's two pills I've looked into previously. Take your pick: http://www.physiciansresearch.com/product/oxygen.html http://www.spacedames.com/galaxygirl078.htm As far as Ozone goes, a "friend" talked me into buying an ozone air purification/filtration system for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. The filter on the back catches lots of particulate matter, but you have to rinse it off constantly (every 3 months, in my case) if you want to cut down on the dust. The real sales point of the unit is the production of Ozone - "Make your house smell like a springtime thunderstorm". Don't know about that. If you crank it up real high, it makes tar laden lungs wheeze, sends asthmatics into seizures, and gives me one hell of a headache. Kills odors, too! I'm more worried about the threat of Dihydrogen Monoxide, or DHMO: http://www.dhmo.org/ "Water" you going to do? RJ |
