oooppps.... I forgot BobG's tag line. Went to a movie. 3/4 of the way through.......WHAM shadow time with all the syptoms.

Shadow currently at 5 Kip. Took an imitrex tablet as soon as we got to the house. It's all I've got right now. Doing WWW, hot shower, all that crap.

Hey, thanks guys for all the nice words for my birthday and giving Ounce a warm welcome.

Pet peeve of mine is to ask that you dont leave when your PF, if we all did that there would only be us sorry ass chronics here most of the time.

Get that 02, Bro and dont take no for an answer!!!!!!
