my thoughts and feelings for those on this board for their support and assistance provided for a little old beagle named Millie..

She was adopted by a very large and loving family. She will be waiting to greet each and every one of us with a large slurp when our time comes to make us feel welcome. Thats just the kind of mutt she was.

Milktoast will live on in spirit !

We all loved her..thank you for sharing your loving pet with all of us....without all you have done, we would not have been blessed with her presence, never known her antics, or her love for you... Rock on, Don! :D

Millie is up there preparing the way for all the other clusterpets. Knowing her dad, she's probably campaining for supPETtor recognition as we speak.

Be proud of the life you and your family gave her, Don. Ya done good, kid. ;)

Don, Neither of my dogs, if they in fact have thought process, could understand why they got "special" food last night and this morning. I told them why but, they are dogs. Sorry for your loss. These little critters can sure work their way into your hearts can't they?

I can only imagine what you're going through...that's the hardest part about having pets :-[.
At least Millie knew she was loved! When it's time for my cats to move on, I'll tell them to look up Millie. Hopefully, she won't hold it against them that they're only cats.. ;)

I think someone once said, "If there are no dogs in heaven then I want to go where they go when my time comes". Pretty good point.....

Millie was a fine pooch for sure. :)

Sorry for your loss Don. I grew up with my dog who died at age 16. He was the first true loss in my life and they are never ever forgotten. Hope to meet Millie when I get thru those pearly gates.

Don, There's a little "schmutzu" (half Lahsa, half shitzu) up there, just waiting to greet Mildred... she'll get along famously with him. Your stories of Mildred would always bring back memories of my old Hawkeye...I'll miss the stories, and my heart goes out to you....doggone it's hard to lose 'em when they've given us so much love.

Don im sorry to hear about Mildred! people who don't have pet's don't alway's understand the bond people have with there pet's. i know clover my boston terrior is just like one of my kid's. she minds better than them. i know when clover pass's on she will take a peace of me with her! her reg name is Crimson&clover. my thought's are with you. ken

I wish I could've found this site a while ago, so I could've officially adopted Millie too. I've never met a Dog or Cat I didn't love.
