Title: 6 days PF, the beast is back, but good news anyway Post by fubar on Dec 6th, 2002, 12:00am Well, My experiment with alternative treatment was a partial success. I dosed up last Friday night, and had incredible success, putting a complete end to my daily hell. Now, six days later, I have been attacked twice. I have gone from complete elation and giddyness right back to fear and loathing. The upside is I know I have found something that works, and I will try it again under better circumstances and hope for longer term results. The product I consumed was severely deteriorated from age, so I assume I did not get a full treatment. I'll keep people updated if they are interested... this is the only way we'll learn about the lessor known alternative treatments. Also, I want to share a story... I just recieved confirmation that I passed a rather rigorous test. This certification (CISSP) involves a 6 hour test that covers ten bodies of knowledge about information security. It's not an easy test to pass. The thing is, I was taking this test mid-cycle, and was having a hell of a day on test day. I actually was in quite a panic to finish before the beast realized I was trying to slip something important past him, but I was not so lucky. All in all, I had to settle for 2 hours to complete the test before I became useless. The proctor was a jerk when I left (fully two hours before any of the 95 other test takers) and said "Let me see if you passed... (looks at his watch)... Nope". He said it was impossible for a person to read all the questions and provide accurate answers in two hours. For the last two weeks, I've been scared to death he was right... but I passed. Clusterheads can do ANYTHING. -Fu |

As for your treatment, I must have missed your post on it, I'll have to check your previous posts but glad you had some success from it. Here's hoping he just came back to spook you a bit and he is on his way out now. suzy |

It probably took the proctor longer to grade your test than it did for you to take it. Was looking for any possible way to keep himself from eating crow. I hope he enjoyed the meal. |

Hell, I wonder if I could write it off as medically necessary? lol -Fu |

Title: Re: 6 days PF, the beast is back, but good news an Post by eyes_afire on Dec 6th, 2002, 6:03pm Hey Fubar, congratulations on passing the test, way to go. My experience with the alternative treatment was similar to yours... works great, for a week at a time. So I just kept on dosing weekly. Then about 5 weeks ago my cycle subsided. Why did it subside? I don't know. Now I only get shadows (so I guess I'm still in cycle :-/). The treatment helped me survive. |
