Title: An apology to Charlie Post by Riccardo on Nov 26th, 2002, 2:41am In the last 2 years I have read many times the Charlie's "circulatory feedback technique". Any time I have thought: -Alas! Charlie is a very good person, but this crap is not good! Seems very weird! Now, that I'm again in cycle, I tried this "crap" for 5 times. 3 times kept the Beast at the 7 KIP bay, 2 times SHORTENED the attack of half time, keeping it always at 7 !!! Note that ALL my attacks ranges from 9 to 10..... OK, I have thought.... imagination! Next time I will avoid any try to move the blood away from my skull. Did it! ..... BANG!!! KIP 10, 1 hour!!!! Charlie, I owe you excuses for 2 years.... ;D ;D ;D ;D (BTW, I find easier to "flow" the blood to the legs than the hands. I try to think to have my legs very cold, and "induce" some shivers in them (it's easy....) and..... POOF! the pain decreases!) Ciao Charlie (could you forgive me .......? ) |

Title: Re: An apology to Charlie Post by Charlie on Nov 26th, 2002, 3:40pm Yer right Den. It took a long to to find someone to fall for it.. ::) You're probably right too Don but that's hard to imagine.........Come to think of it, I remember that someone talked him into one of those Stetsons we sell only to unsuspecting Europeans.. :D Great news Riccardo and believe me, I know how odd the thing looks and sounds. The damn thing surprised the hell out of me too. Bear in mind that I could never make it work 100% of the time but I always gave it a shot. I had nothing to lose. OK yer forgiven :D Sorry for the KIP 10s. Don't try to test it with an hour of agony again.....OUCH. The old Dr. and I couldn't ask for a better endorsement. Charlie |

Title: Re: An apology to Charlie Post by SommelierCH on Nov 26th, 2002, 4:36pm Riccardo, Great news. I have been wanting to try it myself, but my Big One always hits two hours after I go to sleep, and when I wake up from a dead sleep with it already going, I just can’t focus that well, mentally on the technique. Charlie, I see from your posts that you get hit after sleeping just like me. Last night, I tried for the first time, taking my Zomig ZMT 5 mg. as I went to bed and damned if I didn’t get a full nights sleep (yup, 8 beautiful hours). I woke up 3 times and looked at the clock, in anticipation of it showing up, but it never did. I feel like I have little tiny, hangover shadows, but that’s nothing! I never tried it before because I can’t get that many pills from the idiots and didn’t want to waste one, but it’s a wonderful thing. Just wondering if you have tried this before? I’m sure you’ve tried it all, so if you have, do you think that was a one time thing or worth pursuing again? PFDAN’s David J. |

Title: Re: An apology to Charlie Post by Charlie on Nov 26th, 2002, 4:58pm Can't help ya David. It's been 11 years since my last attack and the only drug I had (they weren't using many then) was Inderal which for me was pretty effective. Mine did show up every night, often twice. Hope you have some better luck Charlie |
