She has gone from 34 lb Beagle to a 175 pound ferocious fur bag of muscle and teeth.
She has since devoured 4 cats, 3 small dogs and a television set. My house has been cordoned off by the National Guard. She chewed through her chain and has currently laid claim to my bed. I need fucking sleep.

Any suggestions.

Whatever you do, speak sweetly and gently to her Don, you know that prednisone does horrid horrid things with female hormones and I'm sure she's absolutely traumatized at her weight gain ;)

How long has the dog been on the pred?

How about some exercise so that she is too tired to eat ;)? LOL.

Here is a fool proof diet that the dog show people use to take off LBS quickly.

Cut her food in half and then give her a can of un-salted green beans mixed in with the food. The green beans will give her the minerals and vitamins she nees but will make her feel full so she won't eat your couch.

DUDE, that is a Massive Beagle!

Anyhow, Requisition the Guard for some barge chain, Buy a new TV, and sleep on the couch. As for eating larger quarry, try to get a deal with the local humane society and maybe millie can help in the euthanasia department.

Damn thats a big beagle! ;D

LOL, Don, hope Mildred feels betta. "Fudge" (rotty) was on Pred once. HOLY :o Panting like ran the marathon, drinkin water, pacing round like CRAZY.

Good thing I was not on the Pred at the same time or we'd a been the deadly duoh.
The chapter would not have read "A girl and her doggie" LOL! More like "Cybil gets a pet" :D
