Title: Echo's new found problem Post by echo on Nov 11th, 2002, 10:41am This Alopecia thing has taken on a new twist. Now that the weather has turned colder the sinus cavities have become more active. Therefore, I have discovered the added benefit of nasal hair. Seems those little hairs gives one the indication of a flowing nose. In my case those little hairs are gone. I have no idea my nose is running until -- as in todays staff meeting, the liquid drips onto the table. Good for a laugh out of the others in the room, but it's a little hard to hold that air of professionalism. Yea I know -- you all think it's funny also -- But it's snot. Maybe I should change my signon to Booger? |

Title: Re: Echo's new found problem Post by echo on Nov 12th, 2002, 12:33pm Such wonderful ideas you all have. Nose tupe? LOL I must admit that not having to shave for the last 3 weeks has been nice. My face is a smooth as a new baby's butt. No stubble burn for the Mrs. Too bad shes not interested, she's still pretty weirded out about the whole thing. When ever I get horny I just slam wally in a drawer to mellow his littleself out. :'( Thanks for the laughs gang -- I do appreciate it. |

Title: Re: Echo's new found problem Post by StanTheMan on Nov 13th, 2002, 12:50pm Echo, I've never used Rogaine before (even tho' I've got pretty thin hair on top), but any chance you can rub that stuff inside the nostrils? ;D Don - your "miracle cure" gave me a good laugh!! Echo, sorry to hear about your newfound trouble .... despite the good-natured fun posted here, that's a real bummer! I can relate to the frustration of finding a new problem -- here's mine: I've determined that my esophogas is narrowing! Not an uncommon problem for us middle-agers but still frustrating at times. Gotta keep plenty of water handy when eating anything that's "bready" -- otherwise the food gets stuck goin' down ::) If it continues to worsen it could mean a trip to surgery! (*sigh*) Hang in there, my Kleenex totin' friend! StanTheMan |
