Hi everyone! Got back from my FL vacation last night. Had a wonderful time down there and NOT ONE CH!! Didn't need O2. I even forgot to take my second doses of verapamil and clonodine a few nights without any untoward effects - and we were partying down pretty hard! LOL! So, now I'm wondering if the beautiful sunny Florida weather had a big effect on my CH's and cycle or I'm going/have gone out of cycle ??? ???

Anyway, good to be back...but Florida is looking pretty good to this New Englander!!

Glad to hear ya had a fun get away. I will try not to let the green show! Hope the cycle is outthadoor! Welcome back, looks like the cold is on haitus this weekend! :D Except for the mounds of leaves awaiting............. :'( Can't bring meself ta do it! Why we bought a house on a HUGE HILL in the middle of the forest is beyond me at this pint :D

Thanks guys. I'm missin FL right now...we went out on the Gulf in a 25' fishing boat loaded with coolers - all around Sanibel Island and Captiva and then went to the east coast to Pompano Beach and even went down to the Everglades and the Key,, as far as Marathon- a LOT for a week! Oh man, the food... the laughs..., the weather... My wife couldn't go so it was just us high school buddy guys carousing...and she's a little touchy about that now I'm home! :-/ but she had the chance and, unfortunately, couldn't.

Jonny - I'm jealous - Phoenix is so nice - hot but such a dry heat it's certainly conducive to FUN! Do it royally bro! and PF!!

Charlie - no such luck! Voting was the furthest thing from my mind!! LOL!

Just spent 10 days in Fort Ladeda. Hit Pompano too!

I have family in Ft. Lauderdale.. just went in June for a wedding... wonderful!! - except when the country club lost a/c power... bleaghhh! >:( What a way to spend a night all dressed up...!

Good for you Don - wish I had had two weeks (maybe I'll move there!). Didn't see even one shark, Jonny! and I was looking, believe me!! Water was 85 degrees in Pompano...

You know, I've cut out my second 240 mg verapamil and half the clonodine dosage and I'm not even experiencing a shadow...I'm just hoping I'm going/gone out of cycle. If yes, it must have been all the beer last week that drowned the Beast! LOL.

Going down again in Feb. to Miami to get on the Voyager of the Seas for a western Caribbean cruise! Cannot wait.

I did a night fishing trip out of Lauderdale. Every third fish hooked was being taken by sharks. Water was loaded with them.

Welcome back Jim. Great to read that you were able to ditch the beast while enroute to Florida. It's not often that we CH'ers can enjoy a PF vacation.
