Title: Little by Little...... Post by Jackie on Nov 6th, 2002, 10:56am Blake has been getting hit hard lately. Several of his coworkers have witnessed his attacks. This morning one comes to him telling about the article in Time Magazine. Another coworker listens to the conversation and says, "OMG that's what my Dad has suffered from for years. We never knew another soul that had it and few that ever even heard of it". This is just one example of how word spreads. I was pleased that the Time article was mention.....that's a good thing. Little by little.....Step by Step, the word is getting out there gang... :D Jacks 8) |

But you're absolutely right, through our combined suffering, hopefully awareness will come. With each cluster sufferer we help and bring into the family, we get one step closer to the cure. I had a really bad night, getting hit several times in a row and he was up with me. He went to work the next day and was talking to his co-workers about it and his boss says. " Yeah, those nurses really know how to fake stuff ". Made Roger so mad. Another of his co-workers said " Hey I've been to their house when Sue is having 1 of those headaches and man she aint fakin' ". Glad to know that the word is getting out!!! Sue Ellen |
