First let me thank you all for your kind words, thoughts and prayers. It seems "the big guy" was listening as the results on the spinal tap came back and she does NOT have the bad strain of meningitis..yayyy!! She has the type caused by an infection (ears) and not the contaigous type. So now all that has to be done is to manage the headache(awful) and the fever & she will be good as new!  Again...thank you all for everything..

YAY GOD THE POWER OF PRAYER WINS AGAIN... She will feel better soon... she may be wobbly tell her mom to be sure she keeps hydrated that is what causes the damage alot of the time when it is viral meningitis... good luck girl and I will keep her in my prayers love to your family... your such a great auntie  Ree
