Would kindly like to know why people delte their posts.......????
Please pardon my lack of puter finesse. Don't understand...Why delete posts? Is it simply a matter of necessity? Or, is it because people think they can erase their original thought? Don't get excited. Kimmy jus wonderin????

the only time it pisses me off is the original post gettin' whacked, otherwise id don't bother me, i'm really fuckin' bored to reply to this on a saturday afternoon , this is my ridin' day >:( damn rain!!! ..........2late

There has been a lot of deleted post these days. Linda you can delete your own post.
It sucks cause it makes the threads read wrong. I think it is because people relize they looked like a idiot or they got caught at something is the reason they delete it. I deleted one one of mine when the board first came up testing it. I think it should be like it use to be once posted should have to stay.
Just my opinion ;-)

On the old board DJ put a 2nd button you had to click just so you had a second to think if you really want to post what you typed, here its type what you want and then pull it down.....thats bullshit!!!, if you got the balls to post it you should have the spine to have it read by the WHOLE family.

I dont know if DJ can defunk that function but if he can and does, modify and edit will have to go to.

I dont delete my posts even when I realise im wrong cause I stand and I stand straight fucking up!!!!!

Ree...........Somehow I have difficulty imagining you hurting ANYONE! And - LOLOL - that lil guy poking up and down in yur post is CUTE. Now, just make sure ya cross your i's and dot your t's and IT WILL BE COOL. ;)

And, if ya eva ride a bike, don't use a windshield - it's FOO. LOL :D

i hate to dot my eyes and cross my t's and i hate to punctuate or capitolize things i'm that laid back... i'm a big procrastinator too do you think i take too much medicine or something... maybe i should cut back... one thing i do like to do is ... I ... alot if ya notice!!!

do they make windshields for bicycles??? i got hit by a car once and my mother said it was because i didnt have a light... do you think she was right?

LOL. NO. I got hit on my bike once too. We were playing bike tag.............LOL, there I went UP IN THE AIR. My bike had a banana seat and really cool handle bars. :D Since that day I have never crossed an i or dotted a t that i know of :D

PS: I don't think lites have much tado wit it...........................

When we got this new forum I started deleting mine to keep the test area from clogging...the high volume and graphics seemed to slow the board down upon opening windows. I got some shit about my graphics size. I figgered the less crap stored the easier it'd be on DJ too.

Then the issue of stars and old timers and newbies reared it's ugly head as it does every other week...so I said "den" an I said "what?"...."yer gonna be a newbie forever"...."who cares...why not"....like cuttin heads off parkin meters....just somthin to do.

I love the archives. They are the repository of multiplous personal experiences with CH that are beneficial to any Clusterhead....butt that which isn't directly Cluster related seems of interest to me only from another perspective.....sentimentality.....and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that....I go back and get a giggle from my early days here....the flames, death wishes, good jokes well received, the Adam project, etc.

I will leave any CH advise that can't be found in the archives or in the links to the left or at OUCH....which means I pretty much delete everything of mine eventually. I let it stay till the thread rolls over and gets stale.

Just my quirkyness. The structure of this forum gives me a "modify" and "remove" button. I like playing with buttons. It's mine to do with as I please.

Feel free to do what you please with yer ribbons and yer sins.

The modify thing is great for me as I get too old to write anything coherant at the first try. I deleted only once....and a damn handy thing it was too.

Dunno, Den. I can make a good case that your deleting anything you write, (Georgia too) borders on criminal. :-/

I only delete my multiple posts... I've posted things before that I wished I hadn't later, but didn't delete them, because I posted it, ppl read it, I'd rather appologize later for bein' an ass, than delete and make others look like an ass for replying to something that's not there.
