Hey Kim,

I remember, though I 'm a bit older than you - in fact Kim - by that time you SHOULD have had cassettes!!  LOL!  I remember the first time I heard a great electric guitar on the radio - Clapton on "Sunshine of Your Love" and then hearing Led Zep's "Whole Lotta Love" in a car on an 8-track.  Man, that's going back!  LOL  BTW, now I'm really into the Red Hot Chili Peppers new CD, coincidentally named, By The Way!  The whole CD is awesome.  Enjoy Kim and PFDAN's to you - Jim R

Yup, I was a Zep head back in the day  (still am, but not as fanatic) - still go see Page Plant in combo or alone...saw Zep twice at the old Boston Garden in '70 and '72 - 3 1/2 hr. concerts!  Man THOSE WERE the days!!  LOL

Kim - yup okay today - better.  Enjoy your music.

Kim,

My brother caught Plant and the Who at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, Ma this summer and said the Who were awesome and Plant was also still pretty good.  In his day, no one could touch Plant for voice...  Still remember when I saw him (and his hair) on the back cover of Led Zep III in '73 - wow.  I was hooked at Whole Lotta Love anyway...  I actually met him and Page and shook hands at the old Boston Garden - Page was very shy, but PLant loved the limelight.  My English cousins live in teh same town as Plant and my wife was ALWAYS trying to get to see him when we went over in '80 - never did though!  LOL - she was IN LOVE with him!!  - Jim R
