Haven't posted in quite a while, but still drop in to check on you now and then. It's easy to slip away for us episodics. But it's great to see that you are still the most caring and generous group of people it has ever been my fortune to stumble across!
It's been almost 2 years since I danced, and has never gone longer than that in the 23 years I've been blessed with this wonderful thing we call clusters. Have moved back to my hometown in the past year (the boonies) so it will be interesting to see what happens if and when I have to find a doctor that will know beans about this. Thank God I know a lot myself, most of which I've learned right here.
To my old friends, it's great to know you're still hanging in out there. To the newbies here....keep the faith!

PF for 2 years? Good for you. :D Gives the rest of us hope.
What preventative meds are you currently taking?

Hi lee, episodic here too and been pf for a year now......I usually go for two years also.

But since finding this place last year during cycle, not sure I'll ever slip away.

sorry to know you're in pain, and hoping this cycle leaves you quickly. Glad to be here for you.
