I hope to find you all in good health and H/A free. I have not been visited by the demon in over 1 1/2 year. Well, no cycle anyway. Sometimes I feel it trying to come back. Glad to see your post, Gary, and glad to hear you've been pain free for so long. I really hope you are one of we fortunate few who will stay pain free.
