I just spoke with Sailpappy. He is weak but is still fighting. I asked if I could post his home phone # so that you guys who know him so much better than I could express your concern. He said he really isn't up for it. I only have his number because he & my husband share the same disease and he was kind enough to reach out a helping hand when I needed one.

He said he would sign on as soon as he could ... if we could possibly keep his two posts ... "A little gift" and "Sail Pappy Needs help" to the top of the board I know this would help him. Each time you sign on ... just post a note to each of these before you leave if they are not where he can find them. Even if the note just says "keeping you to the top". When one of us is in need all of us need to band together.

Don't know Jonny ... know when I talked ot him he was having trouble breathing ... having trouble just doing the day to day stuff. Guess he might have had someone on AOL that he wanted to talk to real bad. When it gets really tough, the tough get going .... and reach for what works for them. Just because it is not us doesn't mean he don't love us. When it is bad, you reach and stretch for anyone that might bring you back.
