Don't know how much water x 3 really means, but my husband weighs 170 pounds. Because of all the meds he is taking and the side effects it can cause ... his doctore recommended a MINIMUM of 96 ounces of water per day. This is suppose to reduce the number of headaches, the muscle cramps, etc, etc, etc. Just found it interesting that lots of water is perscribed regarless of the illness and for lots of different ailments.

Give up the beer & cigs like Charlie would tell you, and drink water, water, water. Just a thought.
