Got the feeling that everybody and everything is against me this days. >:( >:( >:( >:(
Think i could need some help with this? PLEASE!!!!
Its not that often that i am complaining,but im "down in the basement"right now.
Its not cluster or heartcondition.Just feel so "down at the basement" as i can come i think

Sorry my friend. I discovered that my getting out of this house and away from this machine seems to help. For me, because I have to walk, this is somewhat easier.

I've been gloomy myself lately. I really don't know why. Maybe it's a Scandinavian thing. ::)

Raid the refrigerator, and yell at your neighbor's kids. Here's your chance to get away...

I don't want to minimize your feelings-but I am sitting here watching lots of stories about 9/11 on TV. Because the anniversary is this week, there is so much on-good and bad. So many kids that lost parents, spouses, and all those firefighters and police. I always try and count my blessings when I get down. If you put 2 lists on paper-generally the goods will always outweigh the bads. Try and focus on the good-

Brother Svenn...I don't know how many times I've wanted to post your first message in this thread.....and please don't take this wrong.... I see people reach out with their "whines" and their pleas for information and their invitations to their "pity parties" and all the other s h i t that we all feel some times..... and I can't bring myself to "share" my pain. Maybe I should....baring one's soul is a catharsis and an honest and clean way of dealing with the way we feel. But I think, that we all deal with our problems and our pain, the best we can. You have ALWAYS been here with a positive word...a prescription for what works for you....a hand extended in brotherhood....and a "flavor" of being a good, caring man.

I been "down so far it looks like UP to me" and it WILL get better... believe it...live it.....hang in My Brother...

From the bottom of my heart i will hug everyone that gave me support and all the kind mails when i was feeling so down.
I`m a lot better now.
Was at my doc today and he gave me some antidepressive meds
