Hang in there Cat.  Many here know that feeling.  CH sucks.  Keep fighting, we're all trying.

Sorry kid.

Send for videos about carpet care so you can bone up on it for the next few weeks....You don't want to go after this job without all the information you can find  :D

Keep trying all the little tricks you find here and by the way...You're supposed to eat kippers   ::)

Really boring old Charlie

What the hell not - I should be doing 'em for my wife too, as I promised!  LOL!  At least it might distract you, Cat.  Hope you have a good night.  - Jim R

Come on Cat - you can find something better to do than that!!!

Eat a pint, quart, gallon of your favorite ice cream while watching a good movie, reading a good book or doing something you enjoy. Saturday nights are not made for cleaning carpets!!!

Actually Christine I did find something else to do, I got to clean up Aydens puke and hold him while he cried himself to sleep asking for Dadda and Alex and Andrea.

Awwww - poor kid.

Not quite what I had in mind but when it comes to your kids you do what you have to do.

I remember having the flu at the same time as my son who was about 10 months old at the time. You can  picture the scene - I don't need to go there I still remember how horrible it was and that was over 20 years ago!!!!

I must be slow but everytime I get to these threads the starting post has been deleated or changed to make the replies have no meaning. I'm glad I wouldn't understand the posts any way.

Slammy the original post went something like this,
Saturday evening and hubby gone, 2 older kids gone, Ayden getting ready to go to sleep (was wrong on that one) and I have nothing to do but shampoo the carpets and fight off kippers.
Then something like geez I'm whiney, and I hate whiners LOL

Jonny told me to get over it, and I did, no malice involved.

I got over it cause it's hard to feel sorry for yerself when yer 2 year old is scared to death and puking all over.

As for Friday night, I had a day of Hell with CH's.  That's what the thank you was for.  I came here because the O2 didn't abort and I needed something to help me get through.
