Okay all you conventioneers. Let me know when you will be arriving in Vancouver. Those of you that are flying, there is a shuttle to the hotel that runs every 30 minutes on the half hour from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. The driver is on call if you arrive outside of those hours. Number to call hotel is 1-800-663-2878. Make sure that you get on the shuttle to the Executive Airport Plaza Hotel, not the Executive Express Hotel!!

I am going to get Bob to update the Agenda for the weekend, but we will be having Registration in the Hospitality Suite on Friday from 4:00 pm on. There will be a sign posted in the lobby directing you to the correct room for that. I am sure that we will see a lot of you before that though.

As Margi says - only 10 more sleeps!! Can't wait, eh!!

Air Canada, from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. (depends on the availability) of Thursday for all us, except Piera and PierUgo, that will arrive on Wednesday

Just of curiosity, and please dont chew me out. But what is going on at this convention? Will there be talks given by researchers, etc.? Will their be gigantic oxygen tanks? I'd love to know what types of activities will be going on. If there is a link, could someone please direct me. Thanks.

Ted and I will be arriving on Northwest flt 0155 in Seattle at 12:30 on Fri. 9/13. We are renting a car. It will take us aprox 3 hours I believe to get to the hotel in Vancouver. So we should be there some time around 3:30. :)

Landing in Seattle at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday the 12th. Renting a wreck and hoping to be in Vancouver by 3:00.

Arriving in Seattle the night of 9/7, visiting some family there and doing the tourist thing (any clusterheads in the area?).

Renting a car and driving up to Vancouver the evening of 9/10. Hoping to see the sights in Vancouver on the 11th and 12th - anyone else interested?

Hey Bonnie, I will be driving up on the 13th. Thought I was going to have to miss the convention because the hotel was booked as well as the one next door, but alas the hotel across the street was willing to rent me a room. This is what happens when you wait till the last minute. ;D

LindaH - you will have to walk across the street for your golf lesson

I'm here already and looking forward to seeing you all! If anyone is hanging around early on Thursday or even wed I will be at work 2 blocks from hotel. Just walk out the front door go left walk two blocks to London Plaza come upstairs and into London Drugs!!
