Anybody else out there ever come to the realization they don't smile enough?
I went out with hubby and friends this weekend for for time in months- I was relatively pain free, had such a good time I smiled until my facial muscles were actually sore!
I decided that of all the exercise routines I've ever begun and abandoned, exercising my smile muscles never should have been one of them!
I have promised myself to seek out a source of humor every day(that is, if I'm capable of conscious thought).
By the way, today I read all the posts to Elaine- paul says it was a waste of time? Well, there towards the end I caught myself smiling again...thanks all, for the exercise!

You won't have to look real hard for a source of humor!

Just read some of jonnys posts and most of the time you'll LYAO ;D he's a funny dude!

There are some pretty funny people on this site. Thats good because at least we can find a reason to laugh in our unlaughable situation.

I find that I don't smile very much during cycles because it actually hurts to smile.
Everyone says I'm a completely different person when I'm not in a bad cycle....well, DUH! I love to laugh so it's hard being miserable so much of the time!

happy to see your face hurts... some people on this site think you are punching them in the face , when actually you are just hitting their funny bone, then when they see that their nose is not really bleeding , then they really hate you... thats when it gets a hole shit load funnier ( i think that is a actual unit of measure here in Texas)
