I have come to the conclusion that many (remember, I
didn't say all, cause that's not true. You'll know who you are)
of the people who came here for the first time, asked questions and
then felt they got a less than friendly answer, didn't come in
thru the front door. Maybe they didn't know we had one, maybe
they were in such a hurry to interact because they finally
found people with the same malady, that they started with the
wrong foot. Maybe some don't have clusters. Maybe some (to
quote someone who really knows most of the answers) farted
in our parlor and expected us to treat them courtiously.

I made that mistake over three years ago and got pounded.
Then I went into one of the corners and observed and licked
my wounds. I read what I should have read in the first place
and started again.

This tells me that this place hasn't changed all that much
in three years. Many new faces and personalities, but
still people who want to help people.

If you didn't come in thru the front door, I strongly
suggest you do so now.

This message isn't a sign of someone trying to show authority, because I surely don't have any.....I'm just old and old people think they have a few answers. It's from me who wants you to feel at home. If we
all treat each other with respect, we'll all get respect.

I love this place and want to help keep it what dj meant it to be.

Bravo... Donna YOU GO GIRL... Same thing happened to me when I first got here...I was looking up my first few posts the other day and there I was telling someone to be nice to someone else... You really do have to go through the "Front Door" as you said, to see if you even should be here... I maybe shouldn't as far as pain goes. But I'm here to conquer the pain that destroys our family every coupla years... Ree

I was curious why you wanted to know how each of us got here. The funny thing is I usually go by the motto "when all else fails, read the instructions" and I find it amusing that this time I read the instructions first LOL

I hope everyone realizes by now that when we are in our cycle that we are not ourselves. The clusterheads on the board who are pain free hopefully try to clean up our messes.
