My boyfriend got a terrible headache tonite and he was acting so strange. His headache was very intense. I went in to check on him and he was under the bed. Do people usually act so strange when they have such an intense headache? Mobun7@cs.com

Dunno about anyone else, but I've never ended up under my bed... But they may be because I can't fit...

Hi Mobun7. CH can cause desperation. I have banged my head, pounded my head, held ice cubes on my eye, and put hot sauce up my nose (instead of under tongue in the hopes that it would work faster) ::). Extreme physical pain is a powerful force. I'm sure many others can add thier stories here.

I've turned my bed over and piled the dresser and T.V. on top of it then kicked the door chair wall etc ... :-[

Stand by if he has CH the fun has only just begun... Tell him to take the quiz on the left of the page. Good Luck I hope youre wrong and he doesnt have CH. I dont know if that would be good news either since his actions are saying something is definately up... ree

We clusterheads can be really irrationell.
I am a good example on that.
Sometimes in the winter under an attack i can go out in only trousers when it are -25-30C.My wife can tell a lot of stories about me during attacs/cycles..Have i just collected them in a book that might have been one of the biggest "comedy"books ever written.
I guess that a lot of our friends here can tell a lot of stories on this subject.

Just remember that you are among the best friends ever here and we are willing to do almost anything to help a fellow clusterhead.Just as the question or search in the "library"Its a lot of great info there on what to do or not to do.

Amen to what everyone else has said. I have stood in the pouring rain, rolled around in snow, anything to try and make the pain more bearable. Last night I was walking around with a bag of frozen peas held to my head.................

CH sufferers set the standard for weird and irrational behavior.

Of course it's only weird and irrational by non sufferer standards.

Good reply Ree. Your absolutely right. Perhaps OUCH could put together a book on our personal antics while under attack. It would be hilarious and probably sell well.

Hey Don I m all for CH and Ouch putting together a book of any kind telling about the antics, pain and just general topic of CH... We have alot of good writers right here that could handle the job.

Christine I know I dont know you that well but you made me laugh at the thought of you rolling in the snow on a non working farm in Maine... incase someone sees ya you could say you were making SNOW ANGELS !!!!
