Please forget any help with this. There is no email, there is nothing you can do. This is your fault. Your carelessness has caused major inconvenience for scores of others who are attempting to glean what little information is available. Thanks a bunch.

I give up. I can't make whatever this thing is do whatever it's supposed to do. Of course I'm not all that patient or bright. I'll take a look again but it's embarrasing.
