Kinda sweet but.... So my wife is on some message board and there is something they call open letter.........It's a vent thread. She wrote this Quote:to the devil in my husband's head, please stop banging on his brain. seriously. i've had enough. i am tired of waking up in the middle of the night seeing him huff and puff away on his oxygen tank. i am tired of the one eye shut. i can't take seeing him in pain anymore. i know why they call them suicide headaches, but don't you think you are going to take my husband away from me and hannah. we are stronger and we will fight back. signed, the fighters (jo and hannah) |

That makes my heart ache...it's bittersweet...but meant in the sweetest of ways... Just difficult to hear/read. What a good woman.

I'm glad she wrote it. Sometimes just letting outsiders know what we face is enough. I hang out on various mosaic boards that have "vent" sides and sometimes it's just cathartic to let it out in simple and straightforward ways. No medical jargon, no "woe is me" stuff, just "I'm sick of it and I want it GONE!" How you ever snagged Jo is beyond me , but I'm glad you did!

I know just how you're wife feel. I watch my husband going through this pain and can do nothing to take it away. Have a pain free night. Rena
