Hi there everyone! i'm new around, my name is Suzanne aka Mishka... my husband has been having CH for many years now but we only found out what it really was during the night, when hubby went to the hospital cause he was in too much pain... did some searches this morning and found that terrific website! I'm happy to have found this place and that the supporters are welcome as well! Blessings! Mishka

Hiya Mishka, I'm new too, my other half has CH's. I've been totally amazed by everyone on here sufferers and supporters alike, everyone has been so great and we've been so welcomed - I know it literally has been a lifeline to my other half - not sure where he'd be now if it weren't for this. Best wishes to both, hope your hubby get the treatment he needs, you can get all the info you need here (and more!!) PF Best wishes Cavegirl xx

Hi Mishka, and you, too Cavegirl. Welcome to the family. I am a CH sufferer, episodic, so I do have periods of remission between my cycles. But, when in cycle, I desperately need my best supporter, my husband. I don't know that I can explain to both of you how much supporters mean to sll of us. If it weren't for our supporters, many of us, me included, might not be able to battle this horrible affliction alone. Please read everything you can on this website, and bring your CH person here. Ask questions, there is no such thing as a dumb one, trust me on this. As a final note, you, the supporter, will also need support when your special someone is having a hard time of it. Make sure that you take a little time out for yourselves - hot baths, walks, or, just come here and vent away. There will be times when you feel that you can't take it any more either. Someone is always here to help you, too. Thanks for being great supporters. We all need people like you. Sandy

Hey Mishka! I'm Stephanie. My dad has CH. I'm not sure how long, but I know it's been a long, long time. I just wanted to welcome you to the board. Don't let us scare you off! These guys are awsome people. I don't know what my pops and I would have done without them. Stephanie
