I do not have insurance at the present time, and down to my last two Imitrex pills.  Do any over the counter pain medications afford any relief?

There are several 'home remedies' that help some.
Can you tell us a bit more about yourself?  What have you tried?  Do you use oxygen therapy?

New to the board, so thank you for the responses.  May actually try some of the Hot Pepper sauce under the tongue!!!
 
The Topamax is of interest to me.  Has anyone had good results with it, if so, in what dosage, frequency, and how long were you on it before results?  
 
Will learn more about the way to use the board as I go.

Topamax has helped some here but it has to be carefully tapered on and off. Great diet pill for some.
