hi folks hope you all ok!!
can anyone tell me what time is the right time to log into chat ? every time i go in there seems to be no-one there! i live in scotland so maybe the time difference is a problem.

The chatroom that alot of ppl here use (http://headachesupportgroups.com/echat44/public/index.html ) seems to start to fill up around 10 pm my time (im in the northeast usa) so I believe you are 5 hrs ahead of me so that would make 3 am for you.....wow that sure is late....also ppl are on all times of the nite if you just log in and wait sometimes someone will see you in there and then join you.
