The bigges hassle that you have had with:

Insurance?

Doctors?

Employers?

This is much needed information for a cluster project that I am working on. Thank you so much.

Insurance - No Hassle so far

Doctors - Getting in to see one who knows about CH. Also, explaining how to perscribe O2 and convincing the doc that O2 is needed.

Employers - Trying to explain why I may sometimes llok like "Pumpkin Head" because I have "just a headache".

Insurance? - Had none before Medicaid, which doesn't want to pay for anything.

Doctors? - I lost track of how many I have had in the last five years. Add another one to the list...seeing a new neuro next month.

Employers? - Never had one that didn't fire me because of my head. Now if I can just stay in my band without getting kicked out - have been through my fair share of those too.

Insurance?  have none, can't afford it.

Doctors?  Can't afford to go, although I recently found an excellent and very understanding Neuro who works with me on the fees.

Employer?  Self employed, and I would fire myself if I could.

well Jill,

My employers have been pretty good so far, have new management now so I guess we'll see how that turns out, Pretty receptive so far.

My biggest problem was with Doctors before moving here and getting diagnosed. But I'd have to say that INSURANCE has caused the biggest problem so far. As they tried to not pay my med costs and were very reluctant to pay for the O2.

hope this helped,
Ramon
