Rented the movie PI and watched it this morning. Here is my review. Man (with Clusters) obsessed with finding the mathematical reason for ALL life centered around the number PI. Reminiscent of "A beautiful Mind" but only in that way. An Idie film shot in black and white, very accurately portrays what happens during a CH attack, the only discrepancies were an odd growth on the main character's head, nose bleeds, hallucinations, and vomiting (assumed due to meds) Even though the camera work are excellent, the movie is very hard to watch (ie) loud high pitched sounds, the obvious (black and white), very bright lights in places. Otherwise the story is riveting, keeping the viewer on the edge of their seats throughout. There are a few scenes that can be confusing, but, it only adds to the plot, and desparation of the main character and would have detracted from the film if they were scripted differently. Very graphic portrayal of CH attacks right down to the mention of time lapsed and mention of medications used. I would recommend that it be watched during PF time, because of its graphic nature and the afore mentioned reasons. Overall, I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars, it can be confusing at times and one must pay attention to avoid getting lost. Excellent independant film a must see. enjoy! Ramon (who's attempting to sleep tonight, film @ 11)

If you liked PI...then you have to see "American PI"...It's a spoof of both "PI" and American Pie" & was funny as hell. Short Film w/Geeky High School Student w/ Clusters who believes the secret to getting laid & losing his virginity lies in a Math equation. What he does to his mom's passover feast was a little over the to though. Jim
