Follow up to Perfect Timing

I have been doing the Amerge before bed thing the last 2 nights and it has been working. I can't believe it! It has never worked in the past, but I had one last box of Amerge in the cabinet, and figured...what the hell it is worth a shot. Yesterday, shadows for most of the day, but no full blown. Today, so far, no shadow, no HA. If you haven't tried it, it may be something to give a thought to.

Thanks Tom, now that was Amerge...Ok halfo write myself a note to remember that to add to the try list providing Dr. approval of course.Now were did I put that note? I'll write myself a note. Thanks...Surf
