Never asked for and never planned too.
But switching insurance companies has me in a ringer, 4 weeks to see a pcp and six to see the Neuro that diagnosed me....I have about six days of meds and thats tapering so I dont crash and burn when they run out.
I went 9 weeks with only three HA's and now that I have to taper down im getting nailed.
All im asking is that if you have any lithium contact me...the verapamil I have comming "Thank you my friend"
Dont mind me...im a chronic that dont want to see that side of the street again.....

P.S. This is a good time to mention to the episodics (like me, dumb, dumb, dumb!!!!) that you must keep refilling your prescriptions in-between cycles. My insurance limits me to 6 tabs of Zomig ZMT 5mg., per month, I need at least one every night during my ten week cycle. During the 22 months pain free between cycles, I should get those fucking 6 mofo tabs, every month. I haven’t. Somebody, please, just shoot me.

What is the penalty for interstate prescription drug transactions?
Really, I think it is great that everyone is willing to help out and I would help in a heartbeat (if I had or needed prescription drugs).

I noted your 'observation'. My observation is that clusterheads will take extreme measures to help other clusterhead.....when they won't or can't do the same for themselves. It's a matter of the heart.

Again, I am not arguing the helping out thing but If your willing to go to jail for someone else, why not yourself?

I have to comment here. If you don't understand why we would would risk breaking laws to help a clusterhead prevent going back into pain, then you don't understand the nature of this website and the resulting family it has spawned.
Jonny and I don't see eye to eye on much anymore, but....he is a clusterhead. My husband is a clusterhead, too. Jonny built us a regulator for our O2 tank and shipped it up here for us. Now, my husband has some left over lithium that may or may not make it through customs and across the border. It would be safer and probably much easier if we could find some in the states for Jonny, but if we can't, then we'll try to ship it from here.
Jonny got some pain free time this year and now he's running out of meds that could keep him there. Am I going to help prevent that if I can, regardless of all the angry words we've spoken to each other in the recent past? Hell yeah I am. This is different than fighting with each other. This is fighting on the same team to fight the beast. Whole different ball game in that regard.
Would I risk legal consequences to fight the beast for any clusterhead in trouble? Say it with me now.... Hell, yeah!
edit: there are some that the shroom therapy has failed here (my hubby is one of them), and there are those who may just not want to pursue that route. Further, if the person has been on other meds for a long time, as Jonny has, it's a really bad idea to try this route without detoxing first. Some folks also have personal reasons for not wanting to try the shrooms.

Anyway, enough said. Just be carefull out there. I would suggest you take this kind of help "underground" as I would not put it past the DEA to monitor these types of transactions over the web.
One last thing, the whole FAMILY argument is getteng rather old for me. I am the drunken uncle, remember?

Who cares? Is it our business if people don't want to grow shrooms for whatever reason? I know it's none of my business. I'm not even sure the people sharing meds are the same ones that won't grow. It doesn't matter anyway. Everyone is responsible for their own decisions for whatever reasons they choose.
Come to the board and tell us how well the shrooms work for you but don't judge others for not wanting to try it.

Just be carefull, Dave will have a hard time driving truck if he's doing hard time.
This was not a judgement, just a question of where does one draw the line concerning legalities, thats all.
And for the I don't get it thing, I do. I take and give to and from this board what works best for me. Just because this sometimes goes against the grain does justify "You don't get it".
We all make choices, right or wrong depends on an optinion or perspective. Unfortunatly, the law does not make that distinction.
Anyway, I am rambling now.
Jonny is taken care of which is really the important issue here (I mean that, no sarcasm).
