Peppermint I want you to know I am sorry that I thought you were the person that called my home.
I got my phone records and it was not you.
I am sorry for any pain that I put you through.

I wholeheartedly accept your apology.
I am sincerely sorry for the pain you and those involved (you know who you are) also went through.
