Please, if you haven't done so already, check out the OUCH website link highlighted in yellow to the left of your screen. There is a world full of information to help you deal with medications, find doctors in your area, how to deal with insurance, even on how to become a member!

It has recently occured to me that CH suffers are probably the most educated patient group in the world. Why? Because we had to in order to educate the Doctors. Who helps us do this? The researchers who need data bases!

As Don said (is this smooching his rear?) we need numbers and more numbers. If you're a CH sufferer - Join OUCH. We NEED you. Don't just join - get involved. That's how we HELP OURSELVES. Nobody else is going to do it for us.
We've come a long way in the last few years, but we've got a long way to go. OUCH is OUR way to get there.

Has anyone joined OUCH lately and shopped in the store...even you longtime members can shop for those window decals and bumper stickers...they do work...I had someone come into a store looking for the driver of my OUCHmobile...in frantic need of information for a cluster sufferer friend...another story, just letting you know people do notice...  Yea!!! OUCH
