Sometimes, the Forrest blocks the view of the Tree

I am in a small Central Florida town Tuesday to meet a person who’s having some trouble getting a job done. You see it’s my job to support folks all over Fla with Technical knowledge and on the job site support. Anyway I met “John Doe” whom I’ve known for years, and am fairly well aquatinted with, (or so I thought), and get into his vehicle to head to the job site. As I sit down I notice a king-size bottle of pills in his console, and I make some joke about “scoring drugs” to cope with job stress. We joke back and forth a bit, and then he says; “No those are for my migraines.” Now I’ve known “John” for a long time, ridden in his car, and all over with him many times, he’s never had pills out in any of those occasions (?). So I ask him how long he’s been taking them. “Oh off and on now for about 15 years, before those I took (brand name) pills”. John says. “Really?’ I ask. “Yeah,” “John” goes on to say, “but I’m a little concerned about them, they really don’t do much, and they are habit forming.” He then relates a bit of disapointment with continued less than optimum effectiveness of his treatmet.

I am starting to think hmmm….

Later, at the job site, “John” tells me about his “migraine” symptoms. He relates how he gets suddenly awakened in the middle of the night, how his nose plugs, and right eye burns and waters. How he has to get up and pace a bit till his meds work……

Odd migraine. Maybe some trees are blocking the view,,,?

-or-

Maybe I just met my fist real live ClusterHead, a friend I’d known for years and never really “known”.

D@mn trees!!

P.S. I referred him to O.U.C.H and this site, for info to use at his next Doc’s appointment…

I don't believe I've ever met another clusterhead in person....except maybe my Neurologist....There are a couple of them near me...Milos and Roxy...and we have talked about meeting....but haven't so far......

Bless you Wolf....and your friend,
Karen
