Prayers needed

Just got a phone call from my sister. Her 16 year old son, Christopher, has a brain tumor. He's a cancer survivor. At 6 years old he had a Ewings tumor that resulted in the loss of one leg. He amazed me then with his resiliency. I'm sure he'll amaze me again.
Prayers for my sister Maryann, her family, and most of all for Christopher would be appreciated.

So, let's see...Nan's definitely got a plate full......awww, sheesh, Nan! 16 yrs old, won one battle, and now he's got another to win. Christopher must be one amazing kid!
Remember what you taught me Nan.....it's NOT over yet...I'll be sending vibes prayers juju and fondest wishes for Christopher's health.....and you know where to reach me, for anything.....

Thanks guys, having a little trouble sleeping. They are transferring Christopher to Hershey Medical Center (a hospital with a great cancer staff). It's a 1 inch tumor on the frontal lobe. That's all I know for now. I'll get to see him in the morning and get to talk to my sis. He is one fantastic kid .. and like my husband says ........ if anyone can kick ass ... he can. Keep the prayers coming. Clusterheads do great prayers !!!!!

Well, things are not looking too good. They have found tumors in his liver, lungs ...... it is everywhere. The good news would be that Ewings Sarcoma (which is the type of cancer he had before) would not spread this far and wide. They are hoping for a type of lymphoma that is much easier to treat. Not good news no matter how you slice it though. They are going to try and do a biopsy without opening him up ... using a needle to try to determine the type of cancer. Then they'll put their heads together and decide what to do next.
In the meantime ........... keep praying. Thanks guys !!!!!

Nancy, I'm so sorry. No words exist....My boy George is so precious to me, I can't imagine facing anything like this.
Prayers are powerful things.Prayers have been said here, and I will ask especially in Church on Sunday so waves of them can come over the pond.
