Tapered off the Prednisone finally on Friday, took my last Verapamil on Saturday. I am Med free and Pain free so far. I hope i am done this cycle! Oh yea, stayed sober all weekend. Not a single fugging drink! Came too far to self inflict the beast!

I'm proud of you Pat for staying sober, I was really worried about you with that post you made about drinking Sat<->Mon.(been there did that) I think that self infliction has hammered me before, thought I was done, only to find out after 6 or 7 beers that I still had about 8 weeks of hell to go, I can't help to think, if I only would have refrained maybe I would have only had a week to go.............But who really knows!!
