I've had several freinds order new Dell's or Gateways and end up goin thru a pooter nitemare ! Of course they didn't arrive when promised....of course when they did they were either the wrong system or somethin didn't work......or added costs.....blah blah blah blah !!! One friend went thru all that crap for 3 months till she got it corrected. So hope that doesn't happen to dear sweet Linda cuz that'd be a nuther pain if it does. Hope yer back lickety split Pam
