Dammit, Prednisone and Verapamil have managed to eliminate 90% of my CH's. But dammit, I haven't been able to shit for 3 days. I finally managed to pinch off a loaf about the size of my little finger. Gawd, I feel sooooo much better. NOT!!!!!

Verap does the same to me. The OTC stuff isn't of much help for me (maybe if you can find the old phenothaline type and take a handfull). Ask your doc for some industrial strength cleaner!
