Must agree that the summer heat sucks. In the winter you can go outside and bury your head in a snow bank. Hope this cycle is a short one.

Summer is great for drinking ALOT of cold water! I spent 4 months in the desert while doing a camp in the army. It was hot! I mean really hot! 40 to 45 degrees every day, and the nights didnt even get cool. I had no medicine except head ache pills and had been taking 10 a day. The medic said the HA was from the heat and that I should drink alot of water. At least 4 to 5 liters a day. I was desperate so I tryed it. It was a great help. I drank about 5 liters of water a day. When I felt a HA start I just drank a liter of water really fast. Its about 5 glasses. You will pea quite alot and sweat like crazy too, but its clean and free.
No one talks about the water treatment anymore. I just thaught I'd remind ya all
