Talked to my Case manager about Imitrex medication today. Here is the scoop. They allow 054 milligrams of imitrex a day. I am following up on this because that is absolutely absurd. But after thinking about it, it is also got to be the stupidest thing i ever heard of. Imitrex pill cost about $15.00 and is 100 miligrams. Imitrex spray cost about $26.00 and is 20 miligrams. Imitrex injector ( i havent used in 6 years, but seems like i remember $35.00) and is 6 miligrams. So basically per day, I am allowed 1/2 of a pill, 2 1/2 sprays, or 9 injections. Ok, Lets see.........hmmmmmmm, ummmmmmmm, hmmmm,,, Tough decision here. Ok, I'll take the 9 injections per day!!! LMMFAO!!! MORONS!!!! I mean come on, How stupid are these people??? Patrick thinking his GED might actually be worth something afterall!! Patrick

Without insurance the Imitrex Auto Injector is $134 for just two (2) shots in a box.
